Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain planning or related field.
• 10+ years in materials, planning or scheduling roles.
• Strong knowledge of DRP/MRPII systems and MS Office suite.
• Experience translating MPS into detailed production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leads site SIOP efforts and participates in broader SIOP discussions.
• Serves on site leadership team and coordinates with cross-functional groups.
• Provides time-phased schedules by SKU to manufacturing and tracks compliance.
• Leads implementation of planning changes and standardizes processes.
• Manages a team of direct and indirect employees.
• Develops master production schedules (MPS) based on capacity and constraints.
• Translates MPS into production execution schedules.
• Supports procurement requirements via DRP/MRP methods.
• Maintains KPIs and communicates deviations with root causes.
• Analyzes 'what-if' scenarios in frozen production horizon.
• Travel up to 25% is required.
