Target's Minneapolis team seeks a Senior Analyst – Planning & Inventory Management Operations to optimize purchasability and inventory availability across categories. You will drive replenishment strategies and partner with Inventory Management teams to improve KPI performance and store support.

You bring a four-year degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in Target Supply Chain or Merchandising, and strong analytical and project management skills.

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Target Supply Chain or Merchandising roles
• Working understanding of Target Inventory Management replenishment systems
• Excellent analytical ability
• Strong project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a focus on purchasability and inventory availability
• Drive replenishment strategies to address chronic outliers and KPI improvement
• Collaborate with core Inventory Management teams to provide guidance and build strategies for inventory flow and positioning
• Leverage Inventory Management system knowledge to tailor inventory strategies to support the total Inventory Management organization
• Partner with teams across the company to deliver key initiatives to support stores and guests
