Compensation: $65,345 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Reporting to Supervising Planner (Transportation and Mobility) within the Office of Planning, the Senior Planner conducts technical planning work as a part of Middlesex County’s transportation planning program and does other related duties as required.The Senior Planner Transportation will bea technically proficient, detail-oriented, creative and thoughtful, big thinker who supports the best practices for the planning and implementation of transportation infrastructure and policy across all travel modes to address the safe, equitable, and efficient movement of people and goods.The ideal candidate will be familiar with the County’s Vision ZeroAction Plan and implementation strategies, Complete Streets practices, the Safe Systems Approach and have project management experience.
