CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle high-value plaintiff-side cases from filing through verdict in a hands-on role based in Miami, onsite with opportunities to cover matters in related Florida jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida Bar license, 3+ years of personal injury litigation, demonstrated jury trial experience, and strong motion practice. First-chair trial experience strongly preferred; you will manage cases through discovery,

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven jury trial experience and first-chair capability.
• Experience with pleadings, motions, and Daubert motions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution or verdict.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend fact witness depositions.
• Retain and work with expert witnesses.
• Attend expert depositions and mediations.
• Prepare for and attend hearings and mediations; try cases to verdict.
