You will work with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL and related tools, integrating systems and ensuring security and scalability. The role is hands-on and requires strong background in Oracle-based architectures, web services, and cloud deployments, with a collaborative mindset and passion for best engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Oracle-based architectures and tools.

Job description

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position ofSenior PL/SQL Developer (M/K).

Scope of the Role:

The role focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with best engineering practices (maintainable, secure, scalable, well-documented and testable).

Working in agile squads, the role contributes to the continuous development and enhancement of custom CRM/ ERP applications. The position is hands-on and suited for an experienced Oracle/ PL/SQL/ SQL developer who enjoys complex system development and integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain (web) interfaces between internal systems and external parties (suppliers, customers, drivers)
• Develop software compliant with development, quality and security standards
• Incorporate data protection and security objectives into solutions
• Test new systems and implement necessary adjustments and fixes
• Participate in code reviews and actively give and receive constructive feedback
• Act as a consultant on integration topics for various development teams
• Support squads in clarifying and qualifying business and technical requirements
• Participate in internal and external developer communities to share best practices
• Collaborate closely with the squad to deliver value incrementally
• Identify and propose innovations that improve customer satisfaction and support business goals

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role
• Strong experience with Oracle-based architectures and tools: SQL, PL/SQL, WebLogic, SOA Suite, ODI
• Very good knowledge of functions, scripts and query writing
• Interest in or basic knowledge of Java
• Experience with cloud services and deployments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint (no development required)
