Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Information Technology.
• 2+ years PKI experience.
• Experience with public Certificate Authorities (DigiCert, Sectigo).
• Knowledge of DigiCert CertCentral.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams or projects.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Python or scripting experience preferred.
• Enterprise-scale PKI operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot complex PKI and certificate issues.
• Monitor PKI and certificate incident queues across severities.
• Create, review, approve, and implement PKI changes.
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for PKI and certificates.
• Analyze and implement PKI, certificate, and security solutions.
• Identify challenges and develop improvements.
• Analyze data trends for root cause analysis and service enhancements.
• Perform capacity planning and maintenance for high availability.
• Apply DevOps principles to workflows and automation.
• Lead or contribute to PKI/security projects.
• Translate business needs into workable technology solutions.
• Represent Crypto Services on global incident calls.
