Job summary

GRVTY is seeking highly experienced multidisciplinary scientists and intelligence analysts to support PIR, SCI, and multi-INT missions. You will lead collection planning, data exploitation, and advanced analytic reporting across the full mission lifecycle, collaborating with government partners and engineers.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance preferred with SCI eligibility is mentioned.
• 8+ years of directly relevant experience is required.
• Deep knowledge of PIR collections, tasking, operations, data production and analytic methods is stated.
• Experience leading collection campaigns, R&D programs, or complex analyses is highlighted.
• Ability to develop personnel, mentor junior analysts, and improve team tradecraft is stated.

Responsibilities

• Support development, refinement, and validation of PIR collection requirements.
• Plan and support routine, operational, and R&D PIR collections.
• Apply multi-INT approaches including GMTI, imagery, radar, and telemetry.
• Produce defensible technical assessments, briefings, and data products for senior decision-makers.
• Identify collection gaps and opportunities for follow-on collection or experimentation.
• Work with government customers, operators, engineers, and analysts.
• Support transition of R&D capabilities into operational environments.
