The ideal candidate has 8+ years in water/wastewater design, with 4+ years in BIM/VDC leadership, and proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and Plant 3D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in water/wastewater design, including 4+ years in BIM/VDC leadership, coordination, or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC strategy, standards, and workflows.
• Create design drawings for water/wastewater using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D.
• Coordinate across disciplines and BEP execution.
• Provide technical leadership and training on BIM tools.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination.
• Maintain BIM libraries and CAD/BIM standards.
• Explore laser scanning, drones, VR/AR, and generative design.
• Mentor staff and drive design-technology innovation.
• Support field visits and as-built documentation.
