Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer Specialist to lead and advance pipeline integrity programs. The role favors Artesia, NM, with consideration for Salt Lake City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Casper, WY; and Abilene, TX.

You will develop, standardize and improve integrity processes and regulatory compliance across the organization. The position requires eight or more years in oil and gas, a technical degree (or equivalent API/AAMP training) and strong data-based risk analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Eight years in oil and gas, preferably within the mid-stream pipeline operating industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or API/AAMP training with verifiable work history in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in In-Line-Inspection, corrosion prevention, risk analysis and data management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate and analyze technical data for integrity assessments and risk analysis.
• Develop risk analysis processes, procedures and applications.
• Integrate integrity risk results into the Company Risk Management program.
• Mentor and train less experienced field and office Integrity Specialist positions.
• Represent the Company’s Integrity program during regulatory audits.
• Coordinate Integrity activities with other departments and functions.
• Implement Integrity Management Plan processes and stay current with regulations and inspection methods.
• Evaluate and improve the Pipeline Integrity Management Plan and supporting procedures.
