Garney Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Pipe for the San Antonio, TX area. The role requires progressive construction leadership with a strong focus on team development and client relations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost and WIP projections, and pursuing new business while collaborating on value engineering and owner/engineer relations. Travel and relocation flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8 years of supervisory construction experience.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review cost projections and WIP projections.
• Review initial budgets.
• Develop new business.
• Collaborate with a team to create value engineering opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain owner/engineer relations.
