The position requires a BS in Chemistry/Materials/Chemical Engineering or related field with substantial lab experience, strong safety practices, and proficiency with lab instrumentation and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong laboratory capabilities, meticulous record-keeping, and safe handling of chemicals, materials and equipment.
• Experience with stoichiometric calculations and lab instrumentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate calcination pilot equipment and support calcination of cathode active materials at 5–100 kg scale.
• Prepare raw materials based on stoichiometric requirements and handle lifting with safety gear.
• Record and maintain testing results, logs, and observations for reports and documentation.
