Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor to guide the studio's Pilates program, coach instructors, and elevate member experiences. You will be the on-site leader ensuring class quality, consistency, and engagement across sessions.

The role emphasizes onboarding, performance feedback, schedule optimization, and driving private training participation to boost studio revenue while maintaining a premium class environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Reformer required; multi-apparatus preferred).
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience teaching group Pilates classes.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Passion for developing instructors and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for the Pilates program, ensuring high standards across classes.
• Lead onboarding and training for new Pilates instructors.
• Conduct observations and provide coaching and feedback to instructors.
• Optimize studio schedules and capacity to maximize member demand.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment and foster community.
• Monitor KPIs like attendance, utilization, and instructor performance for improvement.
