Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a specialist to accelerate clinical adoption of advanced technology solutions across clinical sites. You will collaborate with Varian experts to identify practical solutions, contribute to the development of internal resources, including data repositories and QA templates, and provide hands-on on-site support for system validation and clinical implementation.

Expect extensive travel within South and Central America and potentially other regions.

• Collaboratively develops and implements programs to support clinical adoption, appropriate utilization and process optimization of advanced technology solutions at clinical sites.
• Supports the development and maintenance of a data repository identifying best practices and impediments to technology adoption.
• Provides consultative support to clinical sites for new technology implementation after training, including on-site support for system validation and clinical implementation; maintains dialogue until site reaches program maturity.

Collaborates with other Varian experts to identify potential solutions (both technology and process based) to identified technology adoption impediments. Engages with customers in a constructive and supportive manner to impart the aforementioned knowledge toward the goal of supporting high-quality clinical adoption of advanced technology solutions.Actively contribute to the development of programmatic approaches toward support for clinical adoption of advanced technology solutionsProvide consultative support to clinical sites for new technology implementation after the applications training phase, including on-site support for system validation and clinical implementation as well as continuing dialogue and support until the site reaches program maturityActively contribute to the development of internal resources including but not limited to a data repository and sample process documents and QA templates in support of duties #1&2 shown aboveProactively maintain awareness of developments related to the team’s program focus, including changes in practice patterns, competing technology solutions and related QA solutionsOperate Varian Treatment, TPS and EMR systemsWrite consulting report and communicate report to customer physicist in a supportive, non-critical mannerProvide clinical expertise in understanding and meeting specific customer needsParticipate in process improvement tasks and software development.Position includes extensive travel within South and Central America and potentially to other geographic regionsWho we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
