Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Physician Reviewer to lead Utilization Management reviews for seniors in a rapidly expanding, physician-led organization. Based in Florida, you will support delegated UM cases, participate in health-plan and local calls, and contribute to process and quality improvements.

Applicants should be graduates of an accredited medical school with a valid license and residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited medical school with a valid, unrestricted license.
• Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Practice residency.
• Board Certification in Neurology.
• Two years of hospital medicine experience preferred.
• At least one year of utilization review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Delegated UM by covering the specified territories as assigned.
• Advises other physician reviewers.
• Other duties as assigned and modified by manager.
