Qualifications

• Manage staff and interdepartmental relations to meet facility goals.
• Develop performance standards; ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements; design and implement staff training.
• Determine resource needs and allocate resources for productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop local policies and procedures; set objectives and plans; communicate with customers and manage conflicts.

Responsibilities
