Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients deemed medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
