Woodbridge, VA — A new outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join their founding clinical team. The PT will provide patient-centered, one-on-one care focused on individualized goals and high-quality outcomes.

Candidates should have a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy and Virginia licensure, with outpatient ortho experience preferred. Opportunity to contribute to clinic workflows and standards while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and/or fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.

Woodbridge, VA | Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered

A new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Woodbridge, Virginia is seeking a motivated and

experienced Physical Therapist to join their founding clinical team.

This is a unique opportunity for a PT who enjoys clinical autonomy and is excited about helping

build a new practice from the ground up. The clinic is looking for someone who is comfortable

working independently, confident in their clinical decision-making, and interested in helping

establish the clinical workflows, treatment approach, and overall standards of care as the

practice grows.

The clinic is focused on providing patient-centered, individualized care rather than operating

under a high-volume model. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with a diverse adult

outpatient population and provide treatment based on each patient's individual needs and goals.

Schedule

• Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered for the right candidate
• A four-day, 10-hour schedule may be considered for the right candidate
• $1,000 Welcome Bonus after successful completion of 30 days
• $2,000 Founding Team Bonus after successful completion of 12 months
• $3,000 PT Referral Bonus for successfully referring a Physical Therapist who is hired
• Annual compensation reviews
• Salaried clinicians will not have their compensation reduced due to patient cancellations or fluctuations in caseload

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Comfortable working independently and exercising strong clinical judgment
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and/or fall prevention is a plus
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing clinic environment
• Excited about the opportunity to help build and shape a new outpatient practice

What Makes This Opportunity Different

This is not a traditional high-volume outpatient setting where therapists are expected to manage

multiple patients simultaneously. The goal is to provide high-quality, individualized care, with the

treatment model determined by each patient's clinical needs. More complex or specialized patients may receive one-on-one treatment with the Physical Therapist. As the clinic grows, additional PT and PTA support will be added, creating opportunities to develop a collaborative care model while maintaining strong PT involvement in patient care.

As one of the founding clinicians, this Physical Therapist will also have the opportunity to:

• Grow alongside the practice as additional clinicians are hired
• Pursue future advancement opportunities into Lead PT and/or Clinical Director roles
