Job summary

Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Physical Security Risk & Compliance Analyst to evaluate and strengthen the physical security posture of SAP, SCI, and other classified facilities.

You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses to ensure adherence to government regulations, customer requirements, and industry best practices. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to pass.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in physical security.
• Experience inspecting, compliance reviews, vulnerability assessments, or security audits.
• Experience evaluating electronic security systems, intrusion detection systems, surveillance systems, or other protective technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews, inspections, assessments, and vulnerability evaluations of SAPFs/SCIFs and other classified facilities.
• Evaluate physical security programs for compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.
• Assess facility security measures including IDS, ESS, ACS/PACS, video surveillance, and barriers.
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify deficiencies and recommend mitigations.
• Prepare inspection reports, risk assessments, and corrective action documentation.
• Advise leadership and security personnel regarding physical security requirements and accreditation support.
• Develop and maintain physical security policies, SOPs, checklists, and risk methodologies.
• Collaborate with security, facility management, and engineering personnel to support integrated programs.
