Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Senior PHP Engineer to drive backend design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications. You will own the full development lifecycle, architect APIs, and align with modernization efforts while ensuring robust, scalable software architectures for aviation professionals.

You will lead refactors, promote TDD, and collaborate across frontend and server-side teams to deliver secure, observable backend solutions using PHP, .NET, and Java

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Solid experience in .NET MVC and Java/J2EE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend applications and APIs using PHP.
• Refactor legacy code and introduce modern tooling.
