Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Photographer to join our content team. In this role, you will support the editorial team by creating elevated imagery for both editorial and e-commerce purposes. These shoots will include campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, stylized product photography, architectural photography, and more. Shoots will take place in-studio and on-location, and the role will require travel for shoots both domestically and internationally when necessary. You will collaborate closely with the CEO/Creative Director, VPs, Art Director, producers, stylists, and sample coordinators to bring the brand’s vision to life and create impactful imagery.

Responsibilities

• Capture photography that upholds and elevates Kith’s visual standards for women's business photography.
• Conduct photoshoots in studio and on-location, traveling domestically and internationally as needed.
• Develop and execute new lighting techniques to refresh Kith’s assets.
• Plan and execute shoots with precision, adapting to varying environments and lighting conditions.
• Collaborate with the CEO/Creative Director, VPs, Art Director, producers, stylists, and sample coordinators to bring the brand’s vision to life.
• Provide input during pre‑production meetings to align on creative goals and shot lists.
• Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, and technical tools to deliver professional results.
• Oversee post‑production of assets to ensure final color, treatment, and retouching meet expectations.
• Ensure all files are organized and delivered according to project deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in fashion photography, with a strong portfolio of on‑body model work.
• Advanced expertise in studio lighting setups and on‑location photography.
• Advanced expertise in all aspects of post‑production, including CaptureOne and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction from art directors and producers.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Experience shooting high‑level talent is a plus.
