Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for a territory-based role in Oklahoma City. The position requires traveling to PSCs/IOPs to collect specimens with a focus on accurate labeling, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:30 AM–5:00 PM shift and a starting pay of $21.50+ per hour. You will operate in a high-volume environment, delivering professional service, maintaining specimen integrity, and supporting compliant

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75% expected.
• English required for all work communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to ensure correct labeling.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and centrifuging as needed.
• Confirm orders and document via lab systems; ensure accurate data entry.
