Job summary

Optum in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture, waived and moderate laboratory testing (including microscopy), and EKGs, delivering high‑quality patient care with precision.

You will work a 40‑hour week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, at the Lab location: 1200 112th Ave NE, Bellevue. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Experience with quality control and HIPAA compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy Certificate program completion.
• MA-Pbt certification valid in WA.
• BLS (AHA) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Conduct waived and moderate complexity testing including microscopy.
• Perform EKGs and related services.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and lab results.
• Ensure safety and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
