The Jewish Federation of Broward County is seeking a Senior Philanthropic Advisor to drive engagement and support through strategic relationship building. This key role will work closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to cultivate and steward donors for planned giving, endowment contributions, and annual gifts.
In this pivotal position, you will develop and implement strategies for donor engagement, build lasting partnerships, and enhance multi-generational philanthropy. This position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually.

The Senior Philanthropic Advisor plays a key role in shaping the Federation’s future by advancing philanthropic support and building trusted, lasting partnerships with donors, prospects, lay leaders, agencies, and community partners.
Serving as both an internal leader and external ambassador, this role focuses on growing support through endowment and planned giving, legacy commitments, and donor‑advised funds. Working closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Senior Philanthropic Advisor partners across departments, including Campaign, Finance, Marketing, and Events to align donor passions with organizational priorities.
This position is central to developing new markets, expanding multi‑generational giving opportunities, and strengthening relationships that drive donor loyalty and long‑term engagement. Through thoughtful stewardship strategies and collaboration across the organization, the Senior Philanthropic Advisor helps secure the Federation’s long‑term sustainability and impact for future generations.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
