The role involves IV admixtures, sterile compounding (USP 797/800), training technicians, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and Joint Commission standards.

• Stock medications and restock ADCs; prepackage and label oral meds and extemporaneous preparations.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds per USP guidelines and hospital policies.
