Job summary

Claritev is seeking a Senior Consultant in the United States to lead EHR product design and delivery, gather customer input, and ensure alignment between workflow and technology. The role involves mentoring teams, shaping delivery strategies, and guiding implementation of Oracle Health EHR solutions.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to configure workflows, mitigate risks, and drive tactical and strategic improvements, with emphasis on high-impact projects and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 7 equivalent years of related experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry and Oracle Health EHR workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Skilled in building positive working relationships across levels.
• Independent and team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate product functionality and workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to define product design and configuration.
• Identify inputs and tasks to complete functional product configurations.
• Lead meetings with clients and project members to complete tasks.
• Implement EHR product configurations meeting customer needs with independence.
• Mentor other consultants and contribute to delivery strategy.
• Mitigate risks and issues; influence customer roadmap and design.
• Support long-term planning and innovation.
