Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Scientist in Pharmacometrics to lead population PK/PD analyses and exposure–response modeling for compounds in development. You will plan analyses, write reports, and support regulatory submissions with oversight from senior team members.

The role requires a Ph.D. (or equivalent) in a related field or M.S. with experience, with proficiency in NONMEM or Monolix and in R. Travel up to 5% is expected; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacometrics, Chemical/Biomedical/Bio-Engineering or Biological Sciences; M.S. degree with 2+ years experience.
• Strong foundation in PK/PD modeling and simulation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct population PK, PD, and ER analyses to inform dose regimen and development decisions.
• Write analysis plans and reports, define data needs, run analyses and perform QC checks.
• Present results internally and at external scientific meetings; contribute to peer‑reviewed manuscripts.
