Job summary

Emendo Inc. is seeking a talented project leader to support large capital investment projects in the US. You will contribute to lean initiatives, process improvements, and CQV readiness while guiding teams and mentoring colleagues across multiple disciplines.

The role involves collaboration with clients, frequent cross‑functional interaction, and travel to support projects domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a CQV work package.
• Create visual management boards.
• Analyze data to support decisions.
• Support executive leadership presentations.
• Set up client workshops.
• Build dashboards and tools for projects.
• Manage project documents (plans, schedules, risks).
• Manage CQV and Ops Readiness lifecycle from mechanical completion to production.
• Strategic planning across Engineering, Automation, CQV, Quality, Maintenance and Operations.
• Maintain schedule and execution tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks with scope.
• Ensure staffing of cross-functional teams to hit schedule.
