Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Lead to guide the PMC engineering organization with a focus on governance, design integration, and stakeholder alignment for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and asset performance across all design phases.

You will oversee a 20+ person engineering team, coordinate EPC interfaces, and drive cost-efficient, schedule-aligned execution while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years engineering experience including leadership of large capital projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces across GMP environments.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary PMC team of 20+ engineers through FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Coordinate all engineering disciplines to align with project objectives and execution strategies.
• Act as the primary technical authority and governance for engineering decisions and risk management.
• Manage design reviews, MOC processes, and constructability assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specs, and commissioning documentation.
• Collaborate with project controls, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to optimize execution.
