Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Senior PGD Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of solar assets in the North East Florida region. Based in Green Cove Springs, you will perform advanced analyses, investigations, and implement strategies to optimize availability and uptime.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and assist with work management. Relocation is available, and some travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering program required.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops engineering projects with important impact on major company programs.
• Acts as technical liaison to individuals within and outside the organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.
• Completes assignments given in broad terms concerning general objectives and limitations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
