The role sits in a hybrid office environment (Long Island Plainview NY or Warrington PA) with potential remote options for experienced East Coast candidates. Base salary is competitive with incentives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; HS diploma required with additional training.
• Typically 7+ years of industry experience including servicing.
• Personal Lines/PCG coverage experience required.
• Familiarity with major markets (AIG, Chubb/ACE, Cincinnati, Berkley One, PURE).

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily and maintain relationships with client and carrier representatives.
• Prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business and renewals.
• Serve as lead consultant and primary contact for clients; handle large or complex accounts.
• Collaborate with Claims and other teams; ensure accurate information and timely responses.
