Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist for a full-time, onsite role in Texas. The position focuses on quoting, selling policies and building client relationships with a service and sales mindset.

Required are active Property & Casualty licensing and relevant insurance experience. You will follow up with leads, document opportunities, and work as part of a team to meet client needs and company goals.

What You Will Do

The Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales. This role differs from a Personal Lines Specialist as the Senior brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, and sets an example for other team members with performance and professionalism.

This is a full-time, onsite role. Experience and proper licensing are required.

Salary will be based on candidate experience and qualifications, and well-qualified candidates may be eligible for additional compensation.
