Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of paralegal experience in New York.
• Plaintiff, Personal injury experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong knowledge of New York court procedures, filing systems, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and client records
• Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally
