Qualifications

• 12+ years in Quality/Performance Engineering with leadership experience
• Hands‑on design, scripting, execution and analysis of performance tests
• Proficient with JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling, NeoLoad or equivalents; advanced scripting
• Java, Groovy, Python or similar languages for test scripts and utilities
• Experience with microservices, APIs, cloud, and modern frontend frameworks
• CI/CD integration of quality and performance validation with automated execution

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Engineering CoE and define standards and tooling strategy
• Plan and execute load, stress, soak tests for high‑volume workflows
• Translate performance results into engineering recommendations and priorities
• Partner with DevOps, architecture, and DB teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Define automation coverage targets and governance across QA efforts
• Track quality metrics across performance, reliability, security, and release readiness
• Lead QA governance reviews and risk communication for releases
• Improve QA productivity and reduce cycle time and flaky automation
• Collaborate with leaders to surface risks early with data-driven decisions
• Support Testing CoE with reusable frameworks and best practices
