Blacksmith Agency LLC is scaling its marketing division to lead a growing portfolio of PPC, SEO, and multi-channel initiatives for diverse clients. In the Performance Marketing Manager role, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational position that participates in sales calls, shapes strategy, oversees specialists, builds performance roadmaps, and ensures campaigns deliver

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console.
• Ability to present strategic recommendations to clients and account executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across clients.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across paid and organic channels.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages and CRO.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building, AI content.
• Own KPI tracking and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate with marketing PM.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
