10 Squared in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Coach to manage daily interactions with VIP members, delivering tailored strength, mobility and cardio programming while coordinating with the specialist team.

You’ll conduct bi-annual in-person assessments, monitor data, adapt programs, and communicate with clients and staff, requiring strong emotional intelligence, independence and collaboration. Relocation to Austin preferred; reports to the Director of Coaching.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in exercise science or related fields.
• At least three years of professional experience in a related role.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

Mansioni

• Attend bi-annual in-person member assessments with the specialist team.
• Provide week-to-week programming for strength, mobility and cardio-respiratory conditioning.
• Maintain routine contact with members via messaging channels and video calls.
• Monitor data and track progress using devices and software platforms.
• Initiate program adaptations with input from specialists.
• Maintain internal and client-facing reports.
• Collaborate to mediate communication between members and specialists.
• Engage in continuing education and training.
