Qualifications

• Experience in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools for native applications.
• Understanding of software and hardware performance testing methodologies.
• Software engineering fundamentals and CS concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years experience in DevOps, test automation, or related tooling.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate daily workflows.
• Hands-on experience with native application automation frameworks and scalable testing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop performance test cases, metrics, benchmarks and automated regression detection.
• Contribute to delivering scalable performance and automation infrastructure.
• Plan, design, write, maintain, and execute tests manually and via automation using Swift and Python.
• Drive quality improvements to ensure features are rock-solid and ready for release.
• Report bugs with isolation and regression techniques.
• Balance deliverables while communicating progress/risks effectively.
• Coordinate multi-functional test efforts with team.
