Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst – Finance Lead to Cash to drive functional analysis, design, testing and issue resolution for Finance Lead to Cash initiatives. You will work with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate Contracts, Billing, Revenue processing and Project Costing.

You will lead requirements, validate calculations, and develop tests, while working with developers and architects to optimize PeopleSoft configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience.
• Strong experience with Contracts, Billing, Project Costing and Revenue processing.
• Experience analyzing custom PeopleSoft processes and integrations.
• Knowledge of Integration Broker and interface requirements.
• Ability to trace transactions and data across Contracts, Projects, Billing and Revenue.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Understand configuration versus customization decisions.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, reconciliation and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future‑state Finance Lead to Cash processes.
• Lead requirements and fit/gap analysis.
• Define functional requirements for PeopleSoft changes and integrations.
• Validate calculations, accounting impacts, billing and revenue outcomes.
• Develop test scenarios and support end‑to‑end testing.
• Identify root causes across configuration, customization, integrations and data.
