Qualifications

• English language proficiency at an advanced level (C2).
• Experience leading people advisory or HR transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage large-scale change projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic direction for People Advisory.
• Lead large-scale workforce transformation and change projects.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses for change interventions.
• Drive leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people strategies through data.
• Provide expert advisory to business leaders on complex people challenges.
• Mentor People Advisory teams and promote best practices.
• Represent the function in forums to support organizational objectives.
