Job summary

Nyhart, now part of FuturePlan by Ascensus®, is seeking an ambitious, credentialed actuary to lead the actuarial consulting业务 and manage client relationships. This is a remote position supporting retirement plans for diverse client bases across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of pension-related consulting experience, ASA/EA certification (FSA preferred), and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years pension-related consulting experience.
• ASA/EA required, FSA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ProVal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and consulting with retirement plan design, management, administration, and communication for private, public, and church plans.
• Oversee and review both recurring and non-recurring client projects including valuations, filings, benefit calculations, and plan design.
• Serve as primary contact and relationship manager to clients, responsible for retention and growth of relationships.
• Help identify and develop new business through excellent client service and professional networking.
