Job summary

Vibrint is seeking a highly skilled Penetration Testing SME to join our Cybersecurity team. You will identify, test, and validate security weaknesses across networks, systems, applications, and cloud environments while mentoring analysts and aligning with adversary tradecraft.

The role requires 10+ years in penetration testing or offensive cybersecurity, strong tooling experience (Burp, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, BloodHound), and the ability to communicate risk to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive cybersecurity operations.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tooling (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, BloodHound, etc.).
• Experience conducting exploitation, privilege escalation, and lateral movement in authorized environments.
• Experience training or leading analysts in cybersecurity disciplines.
• Strong understanding of TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK) and common threat vectors.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Cybersecurity or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced penetration testing across government and enterprise environments.
• Perform authorized exploitation to validate risk and demonstrate real-world impact.
• Develop and refine testing methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide remediation recommendations and actionable reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and oversee penetration testing activities across the team.
• Stay current on adversary tactics and emerging vulnerabilities.
