Job summary

Clearwater is seeking an experienced Offensive Security Engineer to deliver pentesting services across network, cloud, mobile, web, and AI domains. You will mentor junior testers, collaborate with clients and leadership, and help develop repeatable processes and materials to elevate capabilities.

We expect 5–10 years of hands-on experience in multiple areas, certifications such as OSCP/OSEP/CRTO/GWAPT/CRTL, and strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certifications preferred: OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, GWAPT, CRTL.
• Knowledge of security testing tool suites (Nessus, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Kali Linux).
• Strong analytic, reporting and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver offensive security services across network, cloud, mobile, web, AI, and wireless testing.
• Collaborate with clients, project management, and engagement leaders to develop approach proposals.
• Assist in developing best practices, methodologies, and templates for the team.
• Achieve high client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations set by leaders.
• Provide thought leadership through webinars, industry groups, and technical blog articles.
• Mentor junior testers and update capabilities with leadership to mature the practice.
• Maintain 1664 billable hours annually (80% utilization).
