• Own edge-case clarity in CEH billing and related touchpoints.
• Keep customer service humming through peak traffic periods.
• Refactor fragile modules and push the tech forward safely.
• Move the Penetration Testing stack out of the SC region before migration.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource use at scale.
• Question the bias-to-action pattern and propose cleaner approaches.
