Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit IRB materials and regulatory documents.
• Manage IRB activities: initial applications, amendments, annual reviews, terminations.
• Ensure protocol adherence across multiple studies and educate staff on compliance.
• Develop site-specific study documentation and routine reports.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, visits, and study procedures.
• Collect and ship specimens per DOT/IATA regulations.
• Lead data management, entry, transfer, archiving, and analysis tasks.
• Attend study meetings and contribute to SOP development.
