Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Program Specialist to provide clinical and operational coordination for complex pediatric cardiothoracic programs.

This role serves as a central liaison across cardiology, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, imaging, and other specialty teams to move patients efficiently through the continuum of care—from referral and evaluation through planning, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience.
• Clinical licensure in related field and program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across cardiac surgery, cardiology, electrophysiology, imaging, and other teams.
• Track patients through referral, evaluation, planning, intervention, discharge, and follow-up.
• Maintain program patient lists and clinical documentation.
• Organize multidisciplinary program meetings for case reviews and planning.
• Serve as liaison to facilitate communication and follow-through on care plans.
• Support data collection, outcomes tracking, and program evaluation.
