Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior PDS Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for Project Delivery Services (PDS/Construction) across the US, with remote options and locations including Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL and Houston, TX.

You will drive cost optimization, manage RFPs, collaborate with Legal and Risk teams, mentor suppliers and advance the supplier program while ensuring policy compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Deep experience in the construction management industry.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Project Delivery Services (PDS / Construction) clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies across the US.
• Execute PDS & IFM Projects strategic sourcing by developing innovative ways to drive best total cost of ownership across clients' portfolio of projects.
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management teams to simplify processes through tools and communication to increase account productivity.
• Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results.
• Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS to demonstrate the value of our scale and supplier relationships.
• Provide management and execution of RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes around subcontracted goods and services.
• Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
• Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions are reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
• Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams and project staff to assure client satisfaction.
• Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements.
• Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.
• Participate in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.
