Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician in Indiana to repair dents using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and body-line work on both steel and aluminum panels.

You will operate state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s Inspection Centers and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality vehicles on schedule. This role requires 5+ years of PDR experience, physical endurance, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license; MVR checks may apply.
• Safety gear use required (face shield/goggles, gloves, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair including glue-pulling, hail repair, creases and body-line work, and dent repairs on steel and aluminum panels.
• Operate state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
• Collaborate with team to meet quality standards and customer timelines.
