Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking a Senior Server Systems Debug Engineer in Austin, TX to join the Server Customer Engineering team. You will resolve customer failures, drive root-cause analysis, and deliver high-quality debug solutions for server platforms.

The role requires extensive experience with RAS, PCIe/CXL debugging, memory validation, and MCA, plus scripting in Python. Collaboration with global teams and leadership of cross-functional efforts will be part of the role.

Formación

• 10+ years of total experience in server hardware debugging and validation.
• Experience with RAS validation, PCIe/CXL bring-up, and MCA validation.
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, etc.) and debugging methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Work on RAS, PCIe, Memory, MCA, CXL and Micro-Controller related failures with customers to get problems resolved.
• Collaborate with AMD global teams to identify best solutions.
• Provide validation and debug recommendations to customers for validation, new features and debug-related questions.
