Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ with graduate degree, or 13+ years without degree.
Experience with HDI PCB designs and board technologies.
Experience mentoring PCB designers and conducting peer reviews.
Knowledge of PCB design tools, schematics, BOMs and documentation.

Responsibilities

Utilize Mentor PADS/Expedition to create and revise HDI PCB layouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fabrication, assembly and test issues.
Create PCB stackups and model-controlled impedance.
Lead assessment and upgrade of PCB design software and practices.
Develop templates, checklists and procedures for PCB design processes.
