Echodyne is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Kirkland, WA. You will own complex PCB designs for our radar products, collaborating with AMS, RF, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to deliver high-performance, manufacturable boards.

This role emphasizes layout planning, DFM/DFT, signal and power integrity, and close interaction with suppliers and fabricators. The ideal candidate has extensive Altium experience, a background in RF/high-speed designs, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of PCB design experience.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and ability to read complex schematics.
• Experience with RF/millimeter-wave, high-speed digital, analog, and power layouts.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and PCB fabrication/release documentation.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, fabricators, and contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with DFM/DFT, SI/PI, EMC, and thermal considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB designs from schematic review to production release.
• Translate schematics to multilayer PCBAs for RF and mixed-signal apps.
• Apply SI/PI, EMC, thermal, and DFM/DFT best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and vendors to optimize cost and quality.
• Support NPI, revisions, and sustaining changes across teams.
• Maintain component libraries and 3D models.
• Provide technical guidance to junior designers and improve processes.
