Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a pricing-focused professional to join our PBM Underwriting team. The role involves building pricing strategies and executing financial models for comprehensive offers across retail, mail order, and specialty portfolios.

In this high-impact, individual-contributor position, you will translate complex data into actionable pricing decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support leadership with insightful analyses and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Master's degree is a plus and demonstrates advanced analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Model and develop Truecost pricing proposals for health plan clients.
• Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services on pricing and negotiation strategy.
• Apply advanced Excel modeling to forecast financial results and prepare P&L analyses.
• Present financial analyses to executive leadership and respond to questions.
• Support underwriting managers with ad-hoc analyses and client implementations.
